I’ve been giving some thought to my savings account, given the recent “troubles” with the banks and building societies. This credit crunch malarky is not the most fun thing to have happened to this country, that’s for sure. The worrier in me is concerned about savings and how protected they are, to the point that I’ve started looking in to www.nsandi.com, as any money invested in them is 100% secure since it’s backed by HM Treasury. It’s given me something to think about anyway. Does anyone know about them, or bank with them?
